WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  • The product is warranted……. months, no warranty for UF membrane filter cores and RO membranes
  • When the warranty period expires, the product will be repaired or replaced with genuine components at a preferential cost
  • The product is only warranted when the damage is due to manufacturer error
  • Please present your purchase invoice warranty card when requesting warranty.


PRODUCTS ARE NOT WARRANTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

  1. Damage caused by natural disasters, floods, fires, or intentional lightning strikes.
  2. The product is disassembled or repaired at places other than Sagana warranty centers or authorized by Sagana
  3. Use the wrong specified voltage in any case.
  4. Use the product wisely for the intended purpose.
  5. The machine number and model of the product do not match the warranty card, the warranty card, or the warranty stamp is torn or not clearly repaired.
  6. Core replacement time is not according to the instructions in the manual.
  7. The input water source does not comply with the instructions in the manual.
