PP Pleated Filter Cartridge

The coarse PP filter cartridge is constructed from Polypropylene (PP), also known as Polypropene. These flexible organic fibers exhibit good mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion from acids and chemicals present in water.

The mission of the PP filter cartridge is to prevent larger-sized particles (0.5-5μm) in the water source, such as rust, sediment, sand, silt, and floating microorganisms, but it does not block bacteria and dissolved impurities. The PP water filter core operates most effectively within a temperature range of 0-55°C; at temperatures higher than this range, it may expand and not function as intended.
